Welcome to BlueSky Travels & Tours. These Terms and Conditions govern the professional relationship between our licensed travel agency and our valued clients. By utilizing any of our services—including flight bookings, visa consultancy, tour packages, or travel arrangements—you acknowledge and agree to the following legal framework.
1. Licensing & Regulatory Compliance
BlueSky Travels & Tours is a legally recognized and licensed travel agency operating under the laws of Pakistan.
- Government License: We operate under License Number GL 5830, issued by the Department of Tourist Services.
- FBR Compliance: We are a registered taxpayer with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). All invoices and receipts issued include applicable taxes as per Pakistani tax law.
- Consumer Protection: Our operations comply with consumer protection regulations and tourism industry standards.
- Transparency Commitment: We maintain complete transparency in pricing, services, and operational procedures.
2. Visa Consultancy & Processing Services
Our role in visa services is to provide expert guidance, documentation support, and administrative assistance throughout the visa application process.
- Professional Assistance: We prepare, review, and submit visa applications with meticulous attention to detail and compliance with embassy requirements.
- No False Claims: We do not claim to have "inside connections" or "guaranteed approval channels." Our success rate is built on professional document preparation and honest guidance.
- Embassy Interviews: While we provide comprehensive interview preparation, the final interview outcome depends on the applicant's presentation and the consular officer's assessment.
- Processing Times: Visa processing times are determined by the respective embassy or consulate and are beyond our control.
3. Document Integrity & Authenticity
Clients bear sole responsibility for providing genuine, authentic, and legally valid documents for all applications and bookings.
- Immediate termination of services
- Forfeiture of all fees paid
- Reporting to relevant authorities if required by law
- Legal action in cases of criminal fraud
- Client Verification: We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of submitted documents.
- Document Custody: Original documents are handled with care and returned promptly. We recommend clients maintain copies of all submitted materials.
- Third-Party Documents: If documents are obtained through third parties, the client remains responsible for their authenticity.
4. Payment Terms & Fee Structure
- Service Fees: Our professional service fees are clearly stated in the Service Level Agreement and must be paid upfront or as per agreed payment terms.
- Embassy Fees: Government visa fees, embassy application charges, and biometric fees are collected on behalf of the respective authorities and are non-refundable.
- Additional Costs: Courier charges, document attestation fees, translation services, and urgent processing fees (if applicable) are communicated separately.
- Receipts & Invoices: Official receipts are issued for all payments, including applicable FBR taxes.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Understanding the nature of our services and third-party dependencies:
- Consultancy Fees: Professional service fees are non-refundable once case preparation and processing have commenced.
- Embassy Fees: Visa application fees paid to embassies, consulates, or VFS centers are non-refundable as per government policy, regardless of approval or rejection.
- Flight Tickets: Refund eligibility depends on the airline's fare rules and ticket type. Cancellation charges apply as per airline policies.
- Hotel Bookings: Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the specific hotel's policies.
- Tour Packages: Cancellations made within specified deadlines may incur penalties. Details are provided in the tour package agreement.
6. Flight & Travel Bookings
- Pricing Accuracy: Flight and hotel prices are subject to real-time availability and may change until booking confirmation.
- Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of tickets/vouchers.
- Schedule Changes: Airlines and hotels may change schedules, routes, or accommodations. We will notify clients immediately of any changes.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
7. Tour Packages & Group Travel
- Itinerary Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, tour itineraries may be subject to minor changes due to local conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Minimum Group Size: Some tours require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, tours may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost luggage.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Valid Documentation: Ensure passports have at least 6 months validity from the date of travel and sufficient blank pages.
- Timely Submission: Provide required documents, information, and payments within agreed deadlines.
- Compliance with Laws: Comply with all immigration laws, customs regulations, and local laws of destination countries.
- Health Requirements: Obtain necessary vaccinations and health clearances as required by destination countries.
9. Liability Limitations
- BlueSky Travels acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, embassies).
- We are not liable for actions, errors, or negligence of third-party service providers.
- Our liability is limited to the service fees paid to BlueSky Travels and does not extend to indirect or consequential damages.
- Clients are advised to purchase travel insurance for comprehensive coverage.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
11. Dispute Resolution
- Communication First: Any disputes or concerns should first be addressed through direct communication with our customer service team.
- Mediation: If resolution cannot be achieved, both parties agree to pursue mediation before legal proceedings.
- Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
12. Amendments & Updates
BlueSky Travels reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients via email or website notification. Continued use of our services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
